Goals & Objectives:

The primary goal of the Trac5 Leadership Summit is leadership development in the context of a constantly changing world where there are chaotic current events, clear cultural biases, and multiple religious persuasions at work.

The Summit serves to offer hope in these challenging times, as well as provide a voice for the participants to offer their own solutions for social responsibility.

The Community Forum

A highlight for the participants was the Parker Community Forum that drew a diverse crowd from the local community.  The Panel included three authors, three local religious leaders and the former Mayor of Baghdad.  The Forum lasted nearly 3 hours with a break for evening prayers.

Prepare to be challenged in your thinking, moved to compassion in your service, and engaged in global conversation like never before!

The Trac5 Leadership Summit was designed to deal specifically with current events in the Middle East and its effects around the world. We will discuss and implement action plans that bring about change beginning with us and then transforming our local communities.  The Summit also focused on the implications for reconciliation and partnerships between Muslims, Jews & Christians.

The Summit included world-class speakers and facilitators who are actively engaged in global peacebuilding and reconciliation between the Abrahamic faiths. Participants gathered from different countries, faith backgrounds, organizations and universities for this leadership event.

The curriculum is intentionally experiential: Engaging instruction quickly moves out of the classroom to local outreach, group projects, community engagement and unique multifaith experiences.
